  • HR on Retainer starts with a discussion of your current organizational challenges. We then design a retainer program that not only solves your current pain-points but also fits within your budget.

  • Results are based the statement of work and the deliverables we agree to. Documents we design for you like employee handbooks, HR user guides, policies etc. are your intellectual property.

  • Retainer programs can be as short as one hour for quick advisory services or long term, meeting daily or weekly over the course of a number of months. We have clients on retainer for one hour per week and others who count on us for two and three days per week.

  • Mindful HR Services will keep track of track time but of course are welcome to do the same. If we are getting close to our allotted budget, we will flag this so you can make an informed decision to purchase more time with us. This will be clearly laid out in the terms and conditions contract agreement.

  • HR on Retainer is flexible in that we can carry over unused time to the following month. This will be clearly laid out in the terms and conditions contract agreement.
