Mindfulness at Work ™

Audience: From executives to individual contributors

Mindfulness at Work is delivered over a three, six, or nine-month period however programming can be tailored to meet workplace and budgetary needs.

This interactive workshop series will be offered on a weekly basis and provides opportunities for self-reflection and connecting with colleagues 1: 1 and/or in groups.

The goal is to enhance team harmony through increased awareness and understanding of oneself and those we work with. Programming can also be customized for on or off-site company retreats.

 Our Framework

  1. Conduct a needs assessment to understand current workplace challenges including phone, video, and/or online questionnaires.

  2. Develop a tailored workplace mindfulness program; options may include:

All-hands virtual or on-site team meeting as an introduction to mindfulness and team exercises on topics such as time management, stress management, workplace wellness

Application of a variety of holistic assessment tools designed to support self-regulation and self-mastery

 

Team mindfulness facilitation

One on one c-suite mindfulness coaching

Key Outcomes

Define mindfulness and dispel misconceptions in mindfulness

Understand the benefits of mindfulness at work and how it contributes to wellness and productivity

Understand how our automatic behaviour may be impacting our health and our workplace culture

Exploration of mindful exercises that can be practice at work and at home
