This four-part workshop series will help participants garner greater self-awareness in support of promoting wellness and resilience during challenging times.
Workshop Process
This is a four-part workshop series that builds on the previous lesson. We will start with a review of last year's accomplishments and points of pride. We will take time to reflect on what was positive and then shift our focus to what comes next. We will talk about our future goals and how as a team we want to show up for each other.
Building on how we want to support each other as a team, participants will then stop and take note of their own personal health and well-being. This world-wide pandemic has shown us that it is critical to look at our wellness not only for ourselves but to better support our colleagues and customers in achieving business objectives through this continuing uncertainty.
We will benchmark our current health & wellness state through a third-party assessment and then outline simple, yet powerful strategies to decrease stress and increase wellness. We will look at how mindfulness and being mindful at work can contribute to our mental health & well-being. We will also discuss how our habits instigate our reactions at work; the good and not so good and explore ways to change our automatic patterns. This four-part workshop series will help participants garner greater self-awareness in support of promoting wellness and resilience during challenging times.
Our Framework
Through the completion of a Stress Indicator and Health Planner, understand contributing factors to mental health and overall well being
Create a safe space to share personal and work challenges impacting health
Discuss individual and team approaches to support ongoing health and wellness both at home and at work
Key Outcomes:
Recognition of achievements and appreciation for what has been accomplished
Greater team cohesion through a robust discussion on what is needed during uncertain times
Increase awareness and insights regarding potential risk areas that interfere with optimal health, performance, and long-term enjoyment of life
Understand how our automatic behaviour may be impacting our health and our workplace culture
Exploration of mindful exercises that can be practice at work and at home
